I designed this calculator based upon my years of experience assisting 100+ businesses in doing their drone operations nationwide.

You can choose to supply your exact numbers (if you know) or just choose from some sample numbers the calculator supplies. The sample numbers are designed to be on the conservative high side as of 2020.

You work your way through the calculator which will then generate all of your expenses. We can then calculate how much money you need to charge for your operations, your break even point, what it costs per hour to operate, etc.

When you are done, you can email yourself the results.

This does NOT include calculating driving vehicle expenses (there are so many different variables to this such as mileage, driving distance, insurance, etc.).
